Allweiler-Pumpenaggregate erfüllen ErP-Richtlinie 2005/32/EG zwei Jahre früher

(Radolfzell – 18.12.2014) Allweiler-Pumpen von Colfax Fluid Handling, einem Unternehmensbereich der Colfax Corporation (NYSE: CFX), erfüllen bereits ab dem 1.1.2015 die Vorgaben Ecodesign Directive ErP 2005/32/EC – zwei Jahre bevor diese Vorschriften verbindlich werden.

Wer eine neue Allweiler-Pumpe einsetzt, wird mehr Energie und mehr der damit verbundenen Kosten sparen als von der EU-Verordnung gefordert. Darüber hinaus werden die ErP 2005/32/EC-konformen Pumpen zum gleichen Preis wie bisher angeboten. Jede Pumpe arbeitet mit höchstmöglicher Effizienz, was bereits jetzt so viel Energie spart, wie die EU-Vorschrift ab 2017 fordert.“

Gemäß dieser müssen alle Pumpen für „sauberes“ Wasser, die nach dem 1.1.2015 geliefert werden, einen Mindesteffizienzindex (MEI) von 0,4 vorweisen. Zusätzlich stellt die EU-Verordnung 640/2009 in zwei weiteren Stufen höhere Ökodesign-Anforderungen an Elektromotoren. Ab dem 1.1.2017 müssen Elektromotoren mit einer Nennleistung von 0,75 bis 375 kW einen Premium-Wirkungsgrad (Effizienzniveau IE3) aufweisen und IE2-Motoren müssen mit einer Drehzahlregelung ausgestattet sein.

Allweiler erzielt den hohen Wirkungsgrad einerseits aufgrund seiner sehr guten Pumpenhydrauliken. Zum anderen werden nur noch IE3-Motoren – auf Wunsch auch mit Frequenzumrichter – eingesetzt.
